Every manager has bad results. I’m no different." - David Moyes of Man Utd

The Scot says he has told his players he expects a much better performance with a visit from Liverpool in the Capital One Cup up next for the stuttering champions
Manchester United manager David Moyes says he is expecting a reaction from his players after losing 4-1 to neighbours City in the derby.

The Premier League champions slumped to their second defeat of the season at the Etihad Stadium and Moyes revealed he had informed his team of just how disappointed he was by their performance.

"I’ve made them aware of that," he told reporters. "But if there is ever was a group of players I’d expect that from it would be a group of Manchester United players.

"I think the way they have been brought up, the way they have been bred with the manager previously, they react, that’s what they do, and that’s what we’ll do here.

"We’ll make sure we react. Every manager has bad results. I’m no different."
